Our company undertakes organizing the investments from the beginning up until putting it into operation. Instead of our Client we execute the tenders, occasionally public procurement tender-calls by involving special professional personnel. During the whole time period of the project we represent our Clients’ interests on all necessary discussions, meetings.

Project management during the investment and after it

We supervise and comment on the general contract drafts, and on the contracts relating to the fulfillment, we make our suggestions to their final content. We prepare technical- and financial schedules, and project liquidation plans.

After opening up the construction diary we continuously supervise the construction as often as necessary. During the investment we have coordination meetings, where we discuss with the participation of all parties all technical- and other issues arisen.

We supervise and manage the financial-, technical- and time-processes of the investment.

During the guarantee period we proceed in handling the guarantee issues, and participate in procedures of post-inspections of the investment.
